2. Server Logs (Site Access)

This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). Each request to the site causes the following technically necessary connection data to be processed:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of the request
• requested URL and HTTP status code
• amount of data transferred
• user-agent string (browser and operating system identifier)
• referrer URL, if transmitted by the browser

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legitimate interest is the stable, secure, and abuse-free operation of the website. IP addresses are deleted or anonymised within 7 days at the latest; aggregated, non-personal statistics may be retained longer.

3. Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare)

This website uses the content delivery and security network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of a concluded data-processing agreement. Every request to the site is technically routed through Cloudflare; in the process, IP address, request time, requested URL, and browser identifier are processed in order to defend against attacks and to accelerate delivery.

Because Cloudflare is established in the United States, a transfer to a third country may take place. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; supplementary EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place. 4. Cookies and Local Storage

This website does not set tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. A single technically necessary first-party cookie is used to remember your choice of display mode (light / dark / automatic). This cookie contains no personal data and is used exclusively for a function you actively trigger. No consent under §25 para. 1 of the German Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act (TDDDG) is required, because the cookie is strictly necessary to provide a service that you have explicitly requested (§25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG).

5. No Newsletter, No Forms, No Tracking

This website currently offers no contact forms, newsletters, comment functions, login, or member areas. No reach measurement, tracking, profiling, or automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place. No social-network plugins are embedded.

6. Email Sending via Resend

A connection to Resend, Inc. (2261 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) is provided for possible future transactional email sending. This sending channel is currently not active; no emails are sent to visitors via this website, and no email addresses are collected. As soon as the feature is activated, this privacy notice will be updated and the relevant processing operations (processor agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, third-country transfer, legal basis) will be described in detail.
